Check the vent to the burner maybe it is choke and the gas cannot pass through
Possibly not properly seated to receive gas supply. Possibly individual igniters and that one is defective, damaged or broken. Check for an online manual by make and model. There is usually a trouble shooter section. You can also try youtube for videos on the issue for the brand. If you need a part that you believe you can install go to google enter make model and part name and/or number to find a source to order from. Good luck!

This is one time I suggest you NOT DIY! You are dealing with both gas and fire..... if there was ever a time to hire a pro it is this time! Better safe than sorry!
See if something is stuck in the hole where the gas comes out of. I have one of these that I have to light it most of the time and it finally came on by it self or you can call the manufacturer worse comes to worse
