Fast growing trees will not stop growing once they reach the height you want and will continue to grow fast......... Where do you want them to grow? a photo would help....
Sorry you felt lost with my reply. You see, I can't see what you have in mind for location. You could be in a small suburban garden or wanting the trees for the end of a field? Not the same trees would be suitable............
I have many pots in my driveway with many trees planted in sturdy pots , I move them to suit me. Even fruit trees that produce. For fast growing trees, I would consider Alder or bamboo but both may be considered invasive or nuisance trees. Remember to put drainage holes in the bottom of your pot. Also keep in mind that your trees get top heavy and tip or blow over with the wind!

Plant both fast and slow growing, remember grow fast die fast. It’s best to plant your fast growing with slow growers so you get your desired outcome but once the fast growers die off you have the slow growers there all grown up to take over!
