Yes, they have touch up stuff you paint on. I have done it and need to do it to my kitchen sink. Sold at any hardware or home improvement center.

Hi. Yes! Rustoleum makes an inexpensive porcelain paint touch up product that I've used. It's easy to use and has held up well so far (about a year ago).
I had a tub professionally painted yrs. ago and anything that had an edge to it that fell into the tub took the paint with it. Replaced with a Fiberglass tub.
I have used a product called porcelain repair. Looks like a little finger nail polish bottle you can get it at the hardware store or you used to. Just a little kept tub good for years
I use this for my enamel repair- its a couple of dollars at Walmart.
