Drawers doesn’t open and close properly anymore. Tops has small cracks as well

You could probably use new tracks for the drawers. The cabinets try a good stainless cleaner. I don't understand what you mean by "tops have small cracks.".
I agree, drawer slides are easy enough to replace. A good cleaning will improve anything. Do you want to paint them? What has "small cracks?"
