I am assuming you mean fabric softener stains.

    1. Wet the stain on your clothing with warm or hot water. Check the tag and use the hottest water safe for the item of clothing you're treating. ...
    2. Rub liquid detergent into the stain.
    3. Let it soak.
    4. Wash the garment in the hottest water that is safe.

    Dry the garment as normal.

It's a greasy stain so treat it generously with a laundry treatment of your choosing. Then a wash in a nice sudsy cycle. Don't machinedry until the spots are all removed. Next, you could consider putting the fabric softener sheets in a sock or laundry bag so it can't physically touch your clothing.

Use Dawn original dishwashing liquid for many oily type stains. Make sure and rinse as much out before you relaunder it.

I soak any stain in Oxyclean (I have a dishpan I use for this). Use hot water and either wait overnight or until the water has cooled. Rinse it out, and it should be out. As a backup I use blue Dawn dish detergent rubbed in before washing.
