Why not try stain glass plastic window film, sticks to glass, looks great. Home depot carries different patterns or check on line.
All you can do is try, but I wouldn't do but more than a couple at a time. The weight of more would cause them to sag and fall.
You should look into the products on this website.

Why not try the lower part of the window first and see how long it takes to dry, then build up. Not sure if you have thought about cleaning ? or the fact you will see the silicone showing on the of the window?
Stephanie, no matter how you design the panes, make sure you use E6000 or similar cement. I did a glass bead project using hot glue and it fell apart once the sun hit it. The hot glue just melted in the sunlight/heat and everything fell apart. The E6000 cement held up beautifully.!@!
This is gorgeous! You are very creative!
Steph, this is SO BEAUTIFUL! For the yellow dividers, use a small artist's paint brush and paint them with white latex wall paint. If you don't already have some then buy a sample sized white at Lowe's or Home Depot....again this is BEAUTIFUL!
I not only get the idea, but you have inspired me! I have this exact door in my laundry room.
Will do 😇
I’ve made my back door look like a stained slams. the craft store will have colors and the stick on ”lead” pieces. You could go as simple or as complex as you want. It looks like you can stand to get to the outside of the window. Draw what you like on the outside with a grease pencil from the hardware store or stick on a stencil or pictuRe. Then go inside and stick on the lines Cut these with a single edge razor. The paint itself goes on thom the bottle. Experiment. If you don’t like let it dry and cut away from the lines with that razor. You can mix colors too. Just squirt one over the other and mix on the glass with a brush. it will be fun.
My suggestion is don't do it! It would not be possible to change your mind and remove them . It would mean replacing the entire window glass. Better to use nail varnish to make blobs of colour, That way you could remove it with nail varnish remover when you tire of it.
