I think it depends on where and what it’s going to be hanging from. Photo please.
You might want to collect some pallets and attach them to imbedded posts or affix them to a moveable base. You would need to turn the pallet on the side so the boards run horizontally and close off the bottom opening. Then you can add your growing medium and place plants between the slats. This will work very well for vining plants so you don't have to bend or crawl around gathering your produce or flowers.
