I'm not sure why you would want to make them. They are super cheap and everyone sells them, wal-mart, Amazon, Dollar Tree, etc. Maybe I've missed something. Perhaps you are looking for a pattern to cut them on your Cricut or other machine. Hopefully someone else can assist you.
