I do not believe taking it up will solve your problem, especially since they are directly on the concrete. It sounds like the wood may be shrinking. The regular solution to squeaky floors is to either glue, nail or screw them down again or place some oil in the location, if you can get some underneath the spot. If it is click flooring then it is floating.
