Turn them upside-down, and make a pyramid design. Get some fake flowers, and stick them in the holes at the top of the pot. There are only a few holes, so paint the pots with flower design.
Donate them to a local elementary school, especially one in a less advantaged neighbourhood. Growing small plants, or germinating seeds, is a learning activity that many teachers would welcome for their students, but unfortunately, there often is just no budget for these kinds of materials.
The kids could paint their own designs on the pots.
