It would have to be rodded through with a drain snake.
I have used the garden hose for clogs before. It is a bit tricky, but drag the hose inside your house, place the hose nozzle on top of the drain and wrap a towel around the "connection" to keep most of the water from spraying out. Have someone turn on the hose, squeeze the towel tight while keeping the hose over the drain. Most times the force of the water will push a plug out and away. If the garden hose spicket is too far away for the person to hear you, have them turn it on and count to 10 and turn it off again.

Find where the blockage is and Unblock..........
Try to insert a plumbers snake into the drain to see if it’s a close blockage, if that doesn’t work, you may have to get a plumber in...they have a machine that works a treat for thick (or well hidden) blockages.
A snake is a good idea. Also liquid draino. If it is a clog.
I had this problem once and we had to lengthen the pipe (it wasn't clogged, just not long enough). Was easy to fix and did not require a plumber.
