put baking soda followed by white vinegar, lemon juice, orange juice
Try baking soda and lemon juice.
thry make a disposal cleaner. I used baking soda and boiling water in mine and it cleared whatever was causing the smell to disappear.
pour 1 /2 cup to 1 cup baking soda followed by 1 cup vinegar. It will bubble up. pour more vinegar to wash off left over baking soda. After 5 minutes, pour hot water down.
regularly do this every week. Turn disposal on with hot running water.
I use lemon peel.. you can place lemon peel in ice cube tray..take the cubes and put in garbage disposal..it helps get rid of the funky smell and get some of the stuff out of the disposal.
The other's ideas of baking soda is great too.
