Please research staining the concrete. A bit more work, but never peels. Now comes in lots of shades.

The paint is the icing on the cake. Far more important is surface preparation.

most definitely stain. I have a basement here at house 3 that the floor had been painted...it’s still peeling up.
I painted mine and it looks good BUT it will peel. I wish I had stained it instead, research the stain.

Paint will just sit on the surface and eventually peel and get scratched off. It's just not a good option for concrete.
