No - that will have to sanded out and restained and it probably won't come out completely.
Not likely will you be able to do this so it matches the rest of the wood after sanding the area well to get ready to restain. You might be able to sand a larger area, restain and try to "feather" it out over a few inches, but it probably will show that the entire floor has not been redone. :(

no expert here...Technically no, since it won't be a perfect match, but IMO it is worth a try for the size of the damage you have...at least to tide you over until you refinish the whole floor. It would also probably prevent further damage. I would personally hand sand lightly.
