They almost look like my dwarf gardenias...if the flowers smell pretty and yellow before they die then that is probably what it is. Either way, an all purpose fertilizer and a tad bit extra water should help them on their way. If they are Gardenias there are particular fertilizers to help them to flower more. Good luck!

Gardenias need lots of shade, move them.
The leaves look similar to a gardenia, but the flower doesn't really remind me of a gardenia, or any gardenia I've ever had. It reminds me of a variety of Manevilla, the bush not the vine...
