other than fencing -- not much --- if they are resident Canadian Geese they may fall under your state's wildlife commission as far as what as you can to do 'deter' them... Geese are truly nasty and will ruin your lawn, garden and leave their droppings every where; Good luck! -- just be sure to not provide ANY extra food -- corn, birdseed, bread, etc., and discourage your neighbors from 'feeding' them ...
I have the same trouble. I put a plastic mesh fence across the beach are ( area without riprap) and the right dog —can help!
