maybe use an old door with simple legs or or use a small dresser (for storage) and add length if needed with an old door or simply a piece of plywood. It would be nice if you can add a small refrigerator underneath for cream, mixers for win/cocktails??
I would start with thrift stores and yard sales, possibly check if there is a buy-sell-trade Facebook page in your area. You might be able to find something that could be remade into what you what you need.
