Patience and a dark background. A tiny drop of oil or baby shampoo to help it slide if you like.

Use a sewing needle to pick the knot open.
I find if you grab a piece of the chain each side and wiggle it works for me.
Hi, try wetting it with a diluted dish soap mixture then lay it on the counter and work at it with your fingernails to loosen it
Lay it out and put some oil on the chain, then use your needles to pick and pull at the knot. Once you have it free use a half length of a drinking staw and feed the chain thru twice the clasp it closed. It will stay knot free for you.
Put a drop of olive oil on your finger & thumb. Then gently massage the knot. You should be able to pick the knot loose. I also was told that putting a few drops of oil on a glass plate and laying the knot in the oil before using two needles to work it loose works just as good.
Try putting it in veg oil. If that doesn't work try a jewelry store.
I agree with the oil or WD40. It will make the chain slide as you use two needles to get the knot out.
Thank you very much. I will try that.
hELLO uSE two NEEDLES AND TAKE YOUR TIME.
Put a little baby oil on the knot than use your needle
Roll it between your fingers. Sometimes that loosens it enough to loosen up the knot.
Try a small crochet hook.
