Call animal control.
Set a trap with cantelope, they love it. Once it caught release in some woods, where it can take up residence. Or if you have bushes next to your house, get rid of them. Find out his two entrances, and pack some rocks in both holes. Make sure he's out at the time. When he tries to dig his hole again, the rocks will tear his claws, and he'll give up. Stuff the holes with rags drenched in ammonia, then put the rocks in.
Flood the hole and whack it with a baseball bat when it pops up. Ever play whack-a-mole?
it's almost impossible to know when he is out of his hole. I have one under my shed for years. I've grown to love him. Their hearing is Exquistite, if I lightly tap on my window he RUNS like the wind back under. They don't go far from their home. In fact I have never seen him more than 50 ft from it.
Trapping is the best bet if you really want to do that. personally? Even my dogs don't bother with him anymore.
A 22 rifle works great 👍
