I'm sorry, but the bees are there for a reason. If there is a hive, call a professional to remove them and keep the queen alive. Too many bees are dying these days and we need to assist them, not hinder them.
I saw an idea on facebook. Hang a brown paper bags that is stuffed with plastic grocery bags, or whatever material fills the bag. Hang it on the overhang. It looks like a honets nest. The bees won't stay and others wont come around
