What is the best way to make a raised pallet patio?
I have steps that would go down from 3ft to 1ft . However the pallets would have to be raised a little to be level. My yard is at somewhat a slope in that area.

Using pallets is not recommended for making a patio, as the wood has not been pre-treated, prepared, or levelled for this use. Due to simple gravity, any patio will take a beating from rain and water run off. You will very soon have one big rotten mess that you will then have to remove and dispose of.

Sorry I could not have suggested a 'magic wand' method, but if you had tried the water sealant, it just would have been money and time wasted.
