Hi Wanda, You need to protect your deck by either painting, staining, or applying a clear sealer. The wood won't last very long if you don't protect it from the weather. Best of luck to you.
I am certain you used treated lumber, so it is a matter of taste. Go to a paint store and look at sample stains.
Absolutely protect your with some kind of product like Deckover. There are others, too.
