We use pressure washer and Krud Kutter (Lowes).
I used vinegar, dawn detergent and water in a garden sprayer and scrubbed lightly then rinsed with the hose being careful not to get water under the siding.
Vinyl siding cleaner for use in a pressure washer.
I use a bleach and H20 solution to spray on first. Let sit for a few minutes and power wash off. Gets all the mildew off... comes off like melted butter. I do this yearly.
