do you have electric,plug a fan in, use the off personal mosquito control units,use Thermacell table top units,
in Florida, outside eating areas have a plastic bag filled with water and a copper penny in it. Just a sandwich sized baggy works. Hang it up about head high while sitting.

Eucalyptus plants will keep mosquitoes away. Also citronella plants work well too. Best of luck to you.
