For dirt and grease, Simple green and a stiff brush on a broom handle works great! The Simple Green is non toxic and Biodegradable.

Pressure wash it.
Dish detergent in a bucket of water and a stiff broom. I keep and old broom on my patio to help with that.
You can clean it with bleach, by scrubbing it with a ",deck" brush, or have it power washed. You can rent one at Home Depot or Lowe's. It will be cheaper, then having some company do it.
