Depending on how far gone they are I've used 2 things. If not super faded, scratched, etc. I love Wipe New ReColor, simple and great results. If they're pretty far gone, you can spray paint. Clean them well and then use a spray paint made for plastic. Rustoleum and Krylon both make lots of colors in plastic spray paint.
I've done this for years. Have green Adirondack plastic chairs that are 15 years old and have been painted twice with Rust-Oleum Painter's Touch. They look like new. The painted surface actually lasts longer than the original finish on the chairs since they don't turn white. You might get two chairs out of one can for less than $4. Cannot get a bargain any better than that.
I sprayed painted mine .they were plastic also .got my paint at home depot .it says 2 times the coverage and that is true . It covers great .I recommend it . Good luck .
I would compare the cost of several cans of paint to new chairs. I tried spraying an Adirondack chair. After 2 cans I gave up. I guess I didn't get the 2X'x the coverage kind.:(
