Gray, blue, or Kelly green would be great for the concrete, with a rug with a plant or jungle/rain forest motif. Any walls could be a lighter shade of the concrete paint. The ceiling needs to be one of the darker shades. Any lounge, rocker or chairs of any type can be painted in beach colors like coral, bluegreen, beige, lime green, sunny yellow, and bright pink.
