What color should I paint walls in living room?

Mid tone grey sofa, love seat and chair, accent colors are black, cream and berry wine. Large fire place of cream stone with grey mortar. Cathedral ceiling with one wall almost all windows.

    Gray is real popular right now. It would go well, with white or off white trim. I'd add a few colored pillows or a vase with some color, perhaps a rug with your favorite colors in it. It does not have to be a rug, even your own modern wall art on the wall, anything to touch it with a splash of color.

    How about a lighter tint of the berry color ? It would compliment everything else including those berry wine accents. Think the berry wine with white added. Another good color choice might be a tint of grey with a drop of berry wine added.lighter than the sofa.

      That's what I was thinking, as long as the right tone/tint harmonizes with the existing color palette.
