Laquer thinner
Mr Clean magic eraser, WD40 or GooGone with old credit card scraper. Each of these, obviously, depending on the surface. A clothing steamer or hair dryer to soften the glue helps as well.
My first "go to" would be Goo Gone if a wet sponge won't take it off.
Put a paper towel over the crayon on the wall and run a warm iron over it. The heat makes the crayon melt some and absorbed by the towel.
