I read the brochure on how to prep, apply, and care for two-part epoxy paint from Rustoleum. Wow, is it complicated!

How can you fix it? I'm guessing that if part is peeling off, more will soon enough. There are 446 questions from users on this site, so, if it makes you feel better, you're not alone. I did see one answer that it's designed to stick to porcelain, not paint, so it's sand it all off, buy a new tub, or check into one of those new bathroom in a day outfits. Consider this a life lesson. Sorry! Maybe someone else will have a better idea for you.
