How to make a pallet fence?

I’ve been collecting pallets and I’m going to stain them. What do I use to stand them up? I would like to stack them 2 high. I also want to have them up off the grass so it isn’t absorbing all that moisture. Which side do I put facing the neighbor’s house?

I think you could support them with t-posts that you can purchase in whatever length you will need to support each pallet. T-posts are used to support metal fence so they are available at farm stores, Home Depot and Tractor Supply. Good luck and let me know how it turns out.
