There are many U-tube videos on how to design and build sheds. rather than a skylight, I'd put in a couple windows near the roof. Less apt to leak. It's really not hard. Just make sure everything is square so the door hangs easily.

I agree with Sal on the skylight option, they are a set up for a leak, especially if you have to replace them, even the professionals cannot guarantee a no leak skylight.
