Yes, I see the yellowing on some of the leaves, this is suggestive of overwatering-one of the main symptoms.
It also may be deficient in fertilizer, try sprinkling a little Epson salt around the soil it is in. This contains magnesium sulfate, a nutrient plants need and love.
Your tree still looks beautiful, yellowing leaves usually means the plant is under some kind of stress. Probably too much rain. I use a product called spray and grow and it works wonderfully on my hibiscus tree. Good luck I'm sure it will bounce back.
