Best way to refinish wood vanity top?
My bathroom is rather old and it has a butcher block vanity top. The wood needs to be sanded down, stained and sealed. I just don't know how to go about doing it.
If it’s covered in vintage tile, be careful, it may well be asbestos tiles.
You can paint or something over them but not disturb without major “armour”.
They were sold 6” x6”, or 9” x9” and for a few years, 12” x 12”.
Be careful.
If it is just a concrete floor there should not be any asbestos issues, you should be able to paint or tile at your pleasure . If you are worried there is asbestos, call a professional guidelines are in place that must be followed. Good luck to you
