After experimenting with different products in my carport, the best I've found that doesn't shrink is Quikrete Concrete Crack Seal. Clean out the crack well first.

Fill the concrete in before weeds grow. Next you can buy paint, that comes in different colors. You can roll it on. They have sparkle paint also, you can choose from. Paint the concrete a dark color such as a dark grey, or navy blue.

After filling the cracks you can resurface the whole patio.

On bigger cracks clean and fill the crack with rubber backer rods. then use the Quickcrete and skim over the area. If you want a cohesive look, skim the entire area.
