Beautiful house! Just needs some color and personalization by you! Enjoy your projects. 🌞
Why not Photo the exterior and print it out a few times and colour them in colours you might like. Try very pale Olive Green or Cream etc......
Go to Sherwin Williams and click on color snap. Take a picture of your house and then down load it and you can paint your house to see how you like the different colors. I believe Benjiman Moore may also have something similar to this.
Whats bland about it is it’s all one color. Houses need 2-3 exterior colors. Lately most are getting done in these monotone ‘all one color’ choices and nothing pops! Homeowners don’t know what they are doing. So consider true white on posts and trim around windows, garage, etc Freshen shutters in same color or new color. Paint front door in a color that pops or match shutters. Heck even your posts could have two colors with the moldings and separations in design. See those squares where your windows bay out? Those painted in a color separate from the house will also highlight the details. You can paint the details only for an inexpensive fix or if the entire house needs paint then do them all. I would choose a base color you like and then find trim colors that are lighter or compliment your whole house base. This picture is inside my house but wanted to give you a visual of three colors in neutrals but it highlights the details. Your house has so much potential and really good details. Painting with three colors will not make it look obnoxious.
