I love lavender ,orange blossom and honeysuckle. I let the honeysuckle find it's way on ground between the other plants, pinning it down rather than letting it climb . Sounds like your flower garden is beautiful. I wish you well with adding scent.
Yesterday, today and tomorrow. Has a beautiful fragrance when in bloom.
Only pity is that it does'nt bloom all year round.

Jasmine comes to mind as a soft beautiful scent, it does not like cold weather though.
Miniature camealias are at my curb and the fragrance is very sweet and strong. Also my olive bush in the yard. I have evergreen purple wisteria on an arbor that is in full bloom and very fragrant at this time of year. It is not the usual wisteria.
