sounds the the inside seal is broken
Hi Elaine! Since you've already tried several things I would have suggested, I searched and found an article that has a couple more ideas for you. Here's the link...they recommend "CRL Sparkle" which I haven't used, but if you can locate it, it might be worth a try. In yet another article I read it said as a last resort to use steel wool, maybe that is worth trying as well. Here's link:

Try using a heat gun or hair dryer
Hi Elaine, Try Warming it with a hairdryer it might soften the glue, so you could peel it away...worth a try...…..It works om Contact!
Thanks for answering, I don’t believe it’s some kind of glue, but I’ll try heat.
If none of the above methods work, the seal is compromised at Janet stated. You either need to get it fixed or replaced.

Thanks ,dear ones how nice you are out there.
Do your windows have built in "weep holes" at the corners"? If so, they may be clogged with insects. Try locating the holes and inseting a long, narrow pipecleaner or similar object into the holes until they come out the opposite side. May not work, but worth a try.
