Could be the thermostat..... the best thing to do is to get someone out to look at it.... there is usually a minimal cost for a yearly "service" call... they will tell you if there is another problem

Check your blower motor. Sounds like it is coming on nothing coming out. May need replacing.
Check duck work may have a hole air going through the hole .I had a tear in mine put duct tape on it until repair man gets here .
Sounds like your low on feon, I always charge unit to 68 low side
You may be losing coolant. Do you have condensate dripping on your floor? Should call your installation person for evaluation/repair.
For whatever the reason, it sounds like your blower (either on furnace or air handler) is not functioning. If you turn it off and let it sit awhile. Then turn it back on and it works the blower motor might have been seized up when you checked it the first time, and after it cooled down it came back on. Or the evap coil could have been iced up and now it works again after the ice melted. But turn it off for about 8 hours and see if it works when you turn it back on.
Can you see to the air intake unit? Mine as it was clogged with dust, etc. which I tried to remove diy with a spray product from Home Depot. It did help some but I had to get a pro in to pull that section out and clean it.
