Give them time, my pole beans come to fruit much later than the bush beans. Mine usually start producing really good when my bush beans are pretty much done and produces until the frost kills it.
Often it can be a lack of pollination but I found an article that might help as well - https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/beans/bean-blossoms-no-pods.htm
Do you have bees, wasps, butterflies or moths pollinating them?
I agree with above comments. Pollination is key. And bees are becoming extinct. I very lightly "jiggle" all my plants, especially my tomatoes, every other day. you could also try to gently "flick" the stalks. Un-pollinated plants will yield 10 - 15 % of their capacity. Pollinated plants will result 90 - 95% of their ability. Crazy, right? If you want a huge harvest, start pollinating now. Best of luck to you.
