How do I prep for painting 3 different exterior materials?

I live in a 70 yr old home built with natural limestone. Previous owners added on, and I have an additional room and garage that need paint. The garage is cinder block, the addition is a stucco-like exterior and then there’s the garage door.

How do I prep all these surfaces for paint?

Is there one type I can buy to adequately cover all those different surfaces???

For prep, a power washer is a good choice. For paint, that is tricky. I would go to a paint store, not a home improvement store, and ask what they have for your scenario. I really like PPG. They have types of paint that aren't available in mainstream stores.
