This might be weird, but it could work if you have the patience - what about blending the colors at the corners with a sponge? Of course it'll depend on what colors you're using, but it might work.
Hi Charlie! I've seen the curve divided in half with the painter's tape to divide the color equally. Just make a straight line down the center of the curve. Best of luck1
If you use a plumb line to mark the center with pencil marks, or use a snap line/chalk line, it can be done.
