How can we make a pallet deck outside of our door?

It is a side entrance on the top of a hill that goes down to the driveway. This is the only place we could put it because there is no actual back door. The area is about 20' by 30' and we would need to put some sort of privacy screen or something at the end of the deck. Help! :)
