Looking for an idea for a memorial for the side of an interstate?

Solar led lights Memorial ideas for the side of an interstate We can buy it but We want to do this ourselves,. Solar lights ,angels , flowers and something sturdy it's for the side of Interstate it's for my 18 yr old son Who was hit by a car ,My mind is blank ,any ideas would be really appreciated .WE THANK YOU.

So sorry for the loss of your son. A wooden cross made out of cut landscape timbers ? On the ends of the cross install the solar post tops which are used for fencing. Maybe a planter made with these timbers on either side of the cross.
My heartfelt sympathy to you and your family. Solar post - make a ball shape in chicken wire and paint in your son's favourite colour(s) - attach the painted ball to the solar post.

Ikea do a range of strung solar lights - make the shape of an angel with chicken wire and attach to timber, then thread the strung solar lights in/around the angel shape.
