Laundry Room Help! thanks!

My laundry room has cupboards over top my washer and dryer, which I cannot reach at all.
I'd like to add shelves over top the clothes folding table .
My problem is , the Walls are Concrete Block. I have no idea what to do about this. The Easier the Better Please. Also, the Laundry room is such a blah , boring room. Any Ideas would be wonderful to make it look like a room I wouldn't mind spending time in. I'm a Plant Gardening, Rustic wood sign and also a Jewelry maker and Wire Crafting Fool. lol
Now you have a small idea of whom I am, Can you help me? Please and Thank You So Very Much

How about a hanging rope shelf (one or more)? To install on the concrete block you'll need a drill with a masonry bit to drill a hole for each screw/fasterner to screw into the concrete. You can make rope hung shelves yourself or buy them from several different places online. I just did a quick Google search for "shelves on rope" and then click on images to get ideas of DIY or what you can buy. Install would be easy - 2 screws (or screw-in eyes or screw-in hooks, depending on the install method used). Or - if you have a regular ceiling, maybe you could just add new longer ropes to shelves you buy, or make yourself, and suspend them from the ceiling by drilling into a stud and then - like you would do with a swag light - "swagging" the ropes over to a wall so the shelves hang down the wall. I am a firm believer in "where there's a will, there's a way."
there are rails that connect to a hanging device, and brackets that go on the rails. the brackets slide into a slot on the rail. then put your board on it. the rails were equipped with hooks that sat in the concrete block. big box diy
Another thought is to build a simple frame (using triangle plywood as feet the width of the table on sides so frame won't tip forward) and a backing board. This would sit on the floor and around the table (assuming table is moveable. Attach bright colored apple boxes (you paint) to the back for open shelves. Maybe a nice colored step stool/ladder that slides under the table would help reach the upper shelves you already have, using them for items used only once in a while like picnic basket or for bulk items like paper towels, toilet tissue, etc.. Also, several cute rustic signs attached to those upper shelf doors would be cute.
