How can I replace the ceiling in my bathroom.

Our house had a tree branch fall on it. This caused us to have a leak in out bathroom ceiling. Now that we have the roofing issue fixed, I need to fix the water damaged ceiling. The damaged area is above the sink and counter, there are two ceiling lights that are in the damaged area.

Were the trusses damaged, or just the ceiling? Is it plaster or drywall? How large a section is affected? Was the electrical wiring damaged? How high is the ceiling? Can you replace the ceiling lights with an exhaust fan with light, and 2 more lights on either side of the mirror?

The damaged area is about 10ft long and about 3 ft wide. The ceiling is drywall. It is a low ceiling. I have an exhaust fan in the same area.

The electrical wiring was not damaged.

This is a double wide, so walls and ceilings are drywall. The ceilings are just the normal height.

We already have a exhaust fan in place. Then there are two lights from the ceiling. There is not room to put lights on either side of the mirror, as the mirror is ling and goes all the way to the corner on one side and the other side extends to the bath tub area.
