Maybe take a wire brush to it lightly first then , smooth sand anything rough , the Rust-Oleum will probably work fine.
I always wanted one of those flower beds. You can try spraying it with coke soda then a light rub in about 30 min. Hose it off and let it dry before painting.good luck
I agree with Deborah, I would first take a wire brush to it to get as much off as you can but, after that, Rustoleum is a great choice!
Hi there, Yes you can, but you would get a longer lasting finish if you brushed off the loose with a wire brush..........Have Fun!
I agree. You need to remove any loose rust. The Paint with Rustoleum metal paint.
