Screen in patio

Any ideas on how to build swing down frames for patio screens? I have a patio that I love except for a giant mosquito problem. I live near the woods in northern Michigan and between the mosquito problem in summer and the massive snow storms in winter I want to be able to swing up screens in winter and down in summer.

You say patio; to me that means no walls or ceiling. Is that so?
It was a breezeway between my old house and pole barn. We tore down the house but left the roof, floor and 4x4s that hold up the roof. The breezeway is also a pole barn structure. More of a porch than a patio sorry.
