How do you remover mold or banana stains from material?
My 10 month old Grandson dropped a banana bite in his highchair and it mushed into his pants. I didn't realize until the next day because my daughter had changed his clothes. Now it was dried into the fabric. I scrubbed it with oxi clean and washed it. It didn't work. I then tried four other name brand removers with no luck. Do you have a home remedie or other product that may work? Thanks in advance!

Have you tried applying a paste of baking soda and water for a few minutes, then scrubbing it with a small brush, or even an old toothbrush? Then you could try some dish soap/water to rinse, with a small rag and set it in direct sun to dry. UV will help kill any possible mold or smells remaining.
Hi Julie! Depending on the type of material it is mushed into you might try a few different fixes. Vinegar, ammonia, or borax each might work. Try them separately just on the stain and let soak a while then scrub the fabric together with your hands or a small brush. Repeat if necessary and then launder the article as usual.
