What's the best way to get a crease out of a new rug runner?
The small runner was folded in half and rolled up in its package. It has a non-skid back. I put it in a dryer thinking the heat would help and then placed it on the floor with books on top of the crease for a couple days but still have a 'bump'.
What would you suggest that's safe for the rubber backing?

Half the mustache fell off my 3’ nutcracker. How can I repair it? Nutcracker is made of some type of fibrous material, not plastic, not wood.
Roll up in the opposite direction for a day or so to get the fibers to relax.
It will flatten with time. That happened to us when we moved and had to put things in storage for about 6 months.
Fold outside on a damp day
I'll try this also. I wonder if high humidity counts as damp?!?!Lol
